For example, in my last job, I worked in retail and was stocking shelves. While doing this, I was placing the items that I felt had the most marketing appeal at eye level.
My manager told me to place perishable products or merchandise with high-profit margins at a height that will be at eye level for an average person when stocking shelves.
When discussing this issue, I listened to what my manager was saying and did not argue. I understood my mistake and stocked shelves the way my manager wanted me to. I also felt I learned a valuable lesson in marketing.

- Most jobs in restaurants will require you to work on your feet for long periods of time. If possible, tell the interviewer you do not have a problem with this. Try to wear comfortable, well-fitting shoes with low heels, maintain good posture, and stay hydrated.
15. How did you find this job?
- Interviewers ask this question because they want to hire someone who is specific in their job hunt. Basically, employers want to hire someone who knows what they want. Therefore, state you have been actively monitoring jobs on the company’s website. Note you have to be honest when answering this question as they may already know how you applied for this position.

- Try and be flexible when answering this question. The more relaxed you are with your hours, the better your chance of landing the job.
